會(huì)議背景/Background
目前全球TPV的需求約60萬(wàn)噸，約180億人民幣，為熱塑性彈性體領(lǐng)域增長(zhǎng)速度最快的品種。受到汽車輕量化的推動(dòng)，汽車部件在TPV下游應(yīng)用中的占比最大，為55%-60%；下游應(yīng)用中排名第二的的為門窗密封及建筑防水，第三為電線電纜，四為傳送皮帶，此外還有玩具以及工具把手等，總體共占應(yīng)用需求的40%-45%。
At present the global demand for Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) about 600,000 tons, about 18 billion Yuan. TPV is the fastest growing varieties of thermoplastic elastomers. Car, automotive parts is the largest applications in the TPV downstream, accounted for, 55% -60%; Strong shift in trend towards replacing metals and heavy plastics with engineering plastics in order to reduce the overall weight of automobiles is expected to drive this segment over the forecast period. The doors and windows sealed and building waterproof is the second market of TPV. The third for the wire and cable, Belts, in addition to toys and tool handles, etc..
國(guó)內(nèi)TPV在汽車方面的需求目前為4-5萬(wàn)噸。目前僅有少量車型使用TPV，大部分車型使用的還是傳統(tǒng)橡膠，替代空間較大。TPV在建筑密封件、水暖器材、電線電纜、交軌墊板等方面具有巨大的潛在需求。TPV動(dòng)態(tài)硫化工藝復(fù)雜，對(duì)設(shè)備和配方的技術(shù)水平較高，下游用戶對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)TPV企業(yè)的發(fā)展也十分關(guān)注。因此本次在蘇州舉行TPE/TPV論壇，將齊聚上下游企業(yè)，以及原材料供應(yīng)商，互相交流，共同發(fā)展。
Domestic TPV in the automotive demand is currently 4-5 million tons. At present, only a small number of models using TPV, most models use or traditional rubber, alternative space is larger. TPV in the construction of seals, plumbing equipment, wire and cable, rail pad and so on has a huge potential demand. TPV dynamic vulcanization process is complex, the requirements of equipment and technical is relative high. The TPV downstream users are also very concerned about the development of domestic TPV business.
The 5th TPE / TPV forum held in Suzhou will gather on the upstream and downstream enterprises, as well as raw material suppliers, mutual exchanges and common development.
