9月12日，Radici集團(tuán)宣布已和美國英威達(dá)（INVISTA）達(dá)成工程塑料部門的收購協(xié)議簽署。通過此次收購，蘭蒂奇集團(tuán)作為世界領(lǐng)先的尼龍、PBT、TPE、POM工程塑料生產(chǎn)廠家，將能夠進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和擴(kuò)大其在美國和歐洲市場的存在。據(jù)悉，此次收購將于60天內(nèi)完成。

Radici Group Performance Plastics acquires the Engineering Polymer Solutions business of Invista. RADICIGROUP PERFORMANCE PLASTICS – a world-renowned producer of polyamide, PBT, TPE and POM engineering plastics, and leading business area of RadiciGroup - ANNOUNCES THE SIGNING OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE ENGINEERING POLYMER SOLUTIONS BUSINESS OF THE AMERICAN COMPANY INVISTA. On Monday, 12 September, RADICIGROUP PERFORMANCE PLASTICS signed an agreement for the purchase of the Engineering Polymer Solutions business of the American company INVISTA. With this acquisition, RadiciGroup – a world leading producer of nylon, PBT, TPE and POM engineering plastics – will be able to further strengthen and expand its presence in both the American and European markets. The closing of the transaction is expected within 60 days. |
