中國是全球聚碳酸酯(PC)市場需求增長最快的國家,2014年全國消費量約160萬噸,但凈進口量約126萬噸,對外依存度達到80%左右。由于技術(shù)限制,在2014年前我國的聚碳酸酯生產(chǎn)基本為拜耳、帝人化學、三菱瓦斯化學等外國公司所控制。

中石化是參與聚碳酸酯合資建設的重點企業(yè)。2012年2月,中石化與三菱化學合資建設的6萬噸/年聚碳酸酯裝置順利投產(chǎn),該項目位于燕山石化廠區(qū)內(nèi),項目總投資21.6億元,采用三菱化學的專利技術(shù)。2012年中石化與SABIC宣布投資約為110億元,在天津建設的26萬噸/年聚碳酸酯項目,該項目處于待推進階段。

聚碳酸酯生產(chǎn)工藝主要有光氣界面縮聚法、熔融酯交換法和非光氣法三種。光氣界面縮聚法是目前工業(yè)上應用最為廣泛的工藝;而熔融酯交換法是一種間接光氣法工藝,其原料碳酸二苯酯(DPC)需要通過光氣法反應制備。非光氣法生產(chǎn)工藝是一種符合環(huán)境要求的綠色工藝,具有全封閉、無副產(chǎn)物、基本無污染等特點,從根本上擺脫了有毒原料光氣,有望成為今后聚碳酸酯工藝的主要發(fā)展方向。

亞化咨詢主辦的2016首屆聚碳酸酯技術(shù)與市場研討會將于2016年1月21-22日在上海召開,來自中石化上海工程公司的專家將出席會議并做大會報告,介紹《非光氣法聚碳酸酯的工藝研究》。

SINOPEC Shanghai Engineering will Attend Polycarbonate Conference and Introduce Non-Phosgene Polycarbonate Process

China, whose demand for polycarbonate is of the fastest increase in the world, consumed about 1.6 Mt/a polycarbonate in 2014, with the net import of about 1.2 Mt, and the external dependence reached as high as about 80%. However, due to technology limitation, polycarbonate production in China was almost monopolized by foreign corporations, including Bayer, Teijin, Mitsubishi Gas Chemical, etc.

SINOPEC is a key enterprise to participate in the construction of polycarbonate joint venture. In Feb 2012, the 60kt/a polycarbonate project jointly invested and built by SINOPEC and Mitsubishi Chemical with a capital budget of CNY 2.16bn was successfully commissioned in the plant area of Yanshan Petrochemical, which used the patented technology from Mitsubishi Chemical. In 2012, SINOPEC and SABIC announced the construction of 260kt/a polycarbonate project in Tianjin with the investment of about CNY 11bn, which is currently under the stage of to be promoted.

Polycarbonate production process mainly include phosgenation interracial polycondensation, melting transesterification and non-phosgene method. Currently, Phosgenation interracial polycondensation is the most widely used process in industrial application, and melting transesterification is a kind of indirect phosgenation, whose raw material diphenyl carbonate (DPC) is prepared by phosgenation. While, non-phosgene method belongs to a kind of green process meeting the environmental requirements, with characteristics of full closed, by-product free, basically pollution-free, etc., which fundamentally gets rid of the toxic raw material of phosgene and is expected to become a main development direction of polycarbonate process.
